Hole in one

The hated Southport Visiter newspaper recently asked readers to come up with a name for a beer that the Southport Brewery planned to produce for the Open.

The brew has now appeared in several local pubs, including the Guest House, Baron’s Bar and Falstaff. As with all SB beers, it’s an excellent pint. But surely they could have come up with a better name than “Hole in One”.
