Stella tones it down
Stella Artois has re-launched itself by dropping its ABV from 5.2% to 4%. Story here. It’s the last throw of the dice for a brew that has become uncool.

By Jimmy it gets you drunk. It once had me banging on the door of Kenny Dalglish’s mansion demanding to tell the great man what a prince he is before being spending the rest of the evening asking to speak to Huey in the porcelin blower. I swore off it for life the next morning.

It’s not the Stella that’s to blame, I can drink 5 pints with little effect, it’s parental control, discipline in schools, lack of respect for police and anyone in authority and lack of respect for society in total. Conscription is long overdue and would certainly sort these louts out. Also it should be applied to girls as their behaviour is sometimes worse than the men’s. As for lowering the abv I will stick to Skullsplitter, Old Tom and Zywyiec.
