Jenny Birrell, Sammy Bridge-Watkinson and Ryan Gillespie from The Latin Lounge in Southport have passed the first stage in the Pilsner Urquell UK Master Bartender Awards. The eventual UK winner will go through to the bartenders’ World Cup event in Prague. Best of luck to our three.
