Ormskirk breakaway?

Discussions have been taking place as to whether Ormskirk should have its own Camra branch.

A branch meeting will take place at the Dog And Gun pub, Aughton Park, on June 11 to see if that’s what the beer drinkers of Ormskirk want. Members and non members welcome to contribute.

I think this is a good idea. The Southport Camra branch have been brave enough to hold their hands up and admit they’ve not been covering the area as well as they should.

This is a real chance for something exciting to happen on the local Camra scene.
