Leo’s tests real ale market
Leo’s Bar on Nevill Street is selling Black Sheep Ale. The pub went through a long dispute with local Camra activists for advertising cask ale when none was on. Finally they can take the gaffer tape off the sign.

Went in tonight. Lounge bar was closed so no cask ale as in the bar there is no pump. Staff said owner would be closing the lounge at 7.00 and also is thinking of getting rid of cask. From my experiences with the Victoria cask ale I suggest they do the same. After many customer complaints the lounge was re-opened in Leo’s but no Black Sheep available.
