Keeping jazz real

There’s great booze and music at the Jazz on a Winter’s Weekend festival in Southport this week. For the first time, the festival includes a real-ale bar with brews from the highly-recommended Southport Brewery.

The festival still has some last-minute tickets remaining for gigs from Friday 1 – Sunday 3 February. Some of them feature international stars that you’d pay a fortune to see in London.

This is an event well worth supporting – and you can join me for a beer between gigs.
